Slum Village's second album, built on Jay Dee's production, was finished in 1998 but sat in label limbo until June 2000. The Detroit trio of Jay Dee, T3, and Baatin trade verses over his drums and basslines, with guest appearances from Q-Tip, D'Angelo, Kurupt, Pete Rock, and Jazzy Jeff.
