All orders are shipped from New City, NY via USPS. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Domestic Rates (US only):

• CDs (orders under 1 lb): $4.99
• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $7.99
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $15.00

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or internationally at this time.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you via orders@mixtapekings.com once your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages: If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your ship date submit a request at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact with your order number.

Damaged items: Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact with photos.
