Slum Village

Slum Village is the Detroit trio of Jay Dee (J Dilla), T3, and Baatin. Fantastic Vol. 2, their second album, was finished in 1998 and sat in label limbo until June 2000, when it arrived with Jay Dee's drums and basslines front and center and guests including Q-Tip, D'Angelo, Kurupt, Pete Rock, and Jazzy Jeff. T3 also appears on Busta Rhymes' Dillagence II, in our Busta Rhymes & J Dilla collection.
