MIXTAPEKINGS & CO. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return submit a request at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Final sale items including limited editions, colored vinyl, and collector pressings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported at support.mixtapekings.com/en-US/contact within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
