Main Source's first single on Wild Pitch Records, and the lead-out for Breaking Atoms, a genuinely unusual choice for a 1990 lead single, a melancholy breakup record built around a loop from Donald Byrd's Blue Note classic "Think Twice." The B-side, "Watch Roger Do His Thing," is a real, different song, not an instrumental, built on the same Funkadelic break later made famous on Eric B & Rakim's "I Know You Got Soul." Large Professor, still years away from producing on Illmatic, delivers a quietly pointed message over an original organ line, all with the light touch that became Main Source's signature.
