Whut? Thee Album is Redman's 1992 solo debut, produced almost entirely by Erick Sermon, unhinged and technically sharp in equal measure. It established Redman's whole persona in one move, chaotic, funny, and genuinely one of the best pure rapping records of the era. Debuted on the Billboard 200 and later certified gold.
