Lifestylez Ov Da Poor & Dangerous (LP, 140 Gram)

Big L, one of hip-hop's greatest lyricists, made his mark with a distinctive voice, cadence, and witty punchlines. His 1995 debut, Lifestylez Ov Da Poor & Dangerous, became an instant street sensation and, though its commercial success was modest, has since been recognized as a true classic. Produced by members of his D.I.T.C. crew, Lord Finesse, Buckwild, and Showbiz, it blends radio appeal with uncompromising hardcore lyricism on tracks like "Put It On," "MVP," "8 Iz Enuff," and "Da Graveyard." It was the only studio album Big L released in his lifetime. This 2026 reissue is pressed on 140 gram vinyl. More Harlem and New York classics are in our New York Foundation collection.
